Biography

Father Elder Mullan lived from 1865 to 1925. As a Jesuit Priest, he was familiar with and experience with meditation. His body of writings includes The Practice of Mental Prayer and The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. The latter is a guide for thousands today who wish to come aside for a time and focus solely on the spiritual component of their life.
