Biography

David Elton Trueblood was born in Iowa in 1900. While it is Day, his autobiography, was one of his last publications in which he details his life as a Quaker, his friendships with US Presidents, multiple degrees from multiple universities, and his career highlights as a teacher and author. The 33 books he wrote range in topic from Abraham Lincoln to the Quakers, philosophy of religion, and even Christ's sense of humor. Trueblood died in December 1994.
