In this final volume, Spurgeon's Sermons Volume 63 (1917), you can read the sermons that congregants packed his Baptist Southwark church and later the Metropolitan Tabernacle to hear him preach. Charles H. Spurgeon was a gifted preacher. His wit and practical application of scriptures drew people from all around to listen to his expositions. In this volume, there are about twenty sermons, among which are"Little but Lovely,""A Plea from the Cross," and "Cheering Congratulation." Included with each sermon is its scripture reference.
