Jeremiah: Being the Baird Lecture for 1922

Jeremiah: Being the Baird Lecture for 1922 was written by George Adam Smith. Smith gave a series of six lectures for the Baird Trust located in Glasgow, Scotland. Smith has expanded these original lectures of 1923 into this book which was published in 1924. Smith's emphasis is on the delivery of Jeremiah's prophecies. Particularly Smith addresses the arrangement of the words and their meter when recited. He also takes note of the variety of meters Jeremiah uses in his prophecies.
