Perhaps you have read Quo Vadis. It is a book written by Litwos. Still wondering what the author's real name is? Henryk Adam Aleksander Pius Sienkiewicz is the author! Born in Poland in 1846, Sienkiewicz's passion for writing led to a trilogy of books dealing with Poland's history. His social conscience was evident in some of his novels, such as Children of the Soil and Quo Vadis. Sienkiewicz had more than 50 of his works published. He died in 1916, but not before becoming financially well-off enough to buy his ancestral castle.
