Biography
Carlo Giuseppe Quadrupani was born on July 14, 1740, in Italy. He would become a preacher and author. Throughout Italy, Quadrupani became a renowned minister of the Word. His first congregation was at the church of S. Lorenzo, located in Rome. His writings became equally popular. He wrote Light and Peace: Instructions for Devout Souls to Dispel Their Doubts and Allay Their Fears, How to Love God and Keep His Commandments, and The Christian Instructed: Precepts for Living Christianly in the World, among others. He also heard confessions and led spiritual retreats. His reputation and wisdom made his advice and leadership sought after. Quadrupani died in 1807.Wailand Groenendyk
