Biography

Thomas Kelly was an evangelist in the Church of Ireland. After graduating from Trinity College in Dublin, Kelly enrolled in Middle Temple, located in London. Kelly led congregations in Athy and Dublin for nearly fifty years upon ordination. Throughout his lifetime, Kelly authored more than 750 hymns and published several editions of hymnbooks. Kelly lived from 1769 to 1855.
