Biography

Matthias Flacius was born on March 3, 1520. He was an active reformer. Even though he was a Lutheran, he did hot always agree with his Lutheran brothers in the Faith. Flacius was a respected scholar and did extensive editing of the history of the early church in the Magdeburg Centuries. On March 11, 1575, Flacius died in Frankfurt, Germany.
