Expositor's Bible: The First Book of Kings

Expositor's Bible: The First Book of Kings (1882) is part of the original fifty volumes known as The Expositor's Bible, edited by W. Robertson Nicoll. This commentary on the First Book of Kings is the work of F. W. Farrar. The chapters of I Kings are divided into four "books," which include an Introduction, David and Solomon, the Divided Kingdom, and Ahab and Elijah. Farrar additionally includes historical information and dates for Assyrian Kingships and Jewish kings.
