Commentary on Isaiah Volume I was written by John Calvin and translated into English by William Pringle. This volume includes the text in Latin and English. Chapters 1-16 are explored in this first of three volumes. Other features of this volume are Clement Cotton's dedication to Prince Henrie and Calvin's dedication to King Edward VI. Dr. F. Herring's epigram is also found in this edition.
