In the Eastern Orthodox Church, the “General Menaion” refers to the annual fixed cycle of liturgical services, including festival days and days commemorating the Orthodox saints. This edition of the Russian Orthodox Menaion is a translation from the sixteenth edition of the 1862 Slavonian General Menaion.
