[Eternal Life.]
Based on Psalm XXXIX, 12, "I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were." Cf. also Psalm CXIX, "I am a stranger in the earth." It was first published in Ebeling, Berlin, 1666; reprinted in Wackernagel: 1843, no. 112; and Bachmann: no. 98; and included as no. 824, in the Unv. L. S.: 1851.
