Exalted Prince of Life, we own

The royal honors of thy throne;

’Tis fixed by God’s almighty hand,

And seraphs bow at thy command.

2 Exalted Saviour, we confess

The mighty triumphs of thy grace;

Where beams of gentle radiance shine

And temper majesty divine.

3 Wide thy resistless scepter sway,

Till all thine enemies obey;

Wide let thy cross its virtues prove,

And conquer millions by its love!
