How Pentecost Came to Los Angeles

by Frank Bartleman

How Pentecost Came to Los Angeles (As It Was in the Beginning) is the inspirational historical account of the Azusa Street revival led by African American preacher, William Seymour. Los Angeles was the sight of Pentecostal revival that spanned nearly ten years (1906-1915). Miracles, dynamic worship services, speaking in tongues, and many more manifestations of God's presence were experienced at these revival meetings. Frank Bartleman was there and gives his eye-witness account of these events.
