Description:
"It is not the object of this book to ask anything of you, but to tell you that
salvation is ALL OF GRACE, which means, free, gratis, for nothing." Charles
Spurgeon is a cornerstone of the Christian religion. A preacher and teacher,
his sermons have spread all over the world and his many printed works have been
treasured classic for decades. All of Grace is a simple and eloquent
presentation of basic salvation through grace alone. Spurgeon wants readers
only to consume his work and ponder it, he asks nothing in return because he
believes in the power of God to bring unbelievers to Him. As one reviewer puts
it well: "[Spurgeon] brings the gospel to his readers with pointed
illustrations, well-placed anecdotes, irrefutable arguments, heart-felt pleas,
and (above all else) the plainly-spoken and rightly-applied word of God." This
short and easy read is both a perfect introduction to salvation and an
assurance of it for unbelievers and the saved alike. In the last line,
Spurgeon beseeches readers to accept salvation now and "Meet me in heaven."

Description: This volume contains Spurgeon’s commentary on various biblical commentaries, designed to provide a catalogue of resources for students and pastors. Spurgeon also includes two lectures he gave to his students at the Pastor’s College (now Spurgeon’s College) which discuss the nature and purpose of commentaries in general. Because such surveys of biblical commentaries are so rare, Spurgeon’s work remains useful and relevant, especially for those who trust him as a spiritual guide and interpreter of Scripture.

Description: Charles Spurgeon believes that we all have personal banks of faith. In his book, Faith’s Checkbook, Spurgeon urges readers to view each daily Bible reading as a “check” from God to us. Believers can cash these spiritual “checks” to receive the gifts and promises that God has given. In this delightfully creative daily devotional, readers are given fresh hope every day that God is looking out for them and working for their good. There is no better way to start a morning than with an uplifting promise from God himself.

Description: This collection contains twelve of Spurgeon's most famous sermons from the Book of
Proverbs. The sermons cover such topics as God's omniscience, what causes and how
to cure a wounded spirit, God's loving forgiveness, pride and humility, and how to be a
godly friend. As with all of Spurgeon's speech and writing, these sermons possess the
same charisma and friendliness. The sermons can uplift and enlighten, and reading them
will leave readers with but one regret: that they could not hear the magnetic Spurgeon
give them in person.

Description: During his lifetime, Charles Spurgeon delivered over 3,000 sermons. These sermons fit
into 63 printed volumes; volumes 13-40 cover Spurgeon’s preaching career from 1867-
1894. Because Spurgeon excelled as a public speaker, these printed words definitely lack
much of the thrill of hearing them live. Even so, the sermons’ content has not only shaped
the course of Christian history, but it has provided people insight, comfort, and healthy
challenges. Spurgeon’s work remains especially influential among evangelical Christians.

Description: C.H. Spurgeon was a British
Baptist pastor whose work remains meaningful to Christians of all
denominations. The father of the modern "mega-church," Spurgeon is most
famous for his pastorship at London's Metropolitan Tabernacle, where he
regularly preached to huge crowds. In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached
to over 10,000,000 people and published over 55 books, sermons, and
meditations which have been translated into 34 languages. Till He
Come
is a collection of addresses centered on the Lord's Supper. Some were
preached to the congregation at Metropolitan, while others were spoken
to
small groups of Christians Spurgeon hosted on Sundays to celebrate
communion. The collection addresses a diverse range of scriptures, but
all stick to the common theme of Jesus' symbolic last meal. It will
prove helpful to anyone looking for further insight on this
interdenominational practice and will encourage believers to "do this in
remembrance of me."
