Biography

John Ernest (J. E.) Hutton lived from 1896 to 1937. Born and raised in England, he would become a minister and historian. His most notable and comprehensive work is A History of the Moravian Church. He details the 1457 roots of the church in John Hus' teachings right on through the end of the nineteenth century. His book was published in 1909.
